As the General Manager, Digital you will lead the team supporting ARENA’s technology infrastructure, digital assets and capability, and data management frameworks. You will provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for digital and will be accountable for the delivery of the digital capability, incorporating technology platforms and applications, AI, data and digital transformation, needed to achieve ARENA’s strategic goals.
This position is instrumental in leading change and delivering outcomes across ARENA. The General Manager will provide strategic advice to the CEO, COO, SLT and Board across all digital domains and support the leadership team in shaping and navigating complex digital initiatives to deliver commercially acceptable and data-enabled outcomes in a timely manner.
We are seeking an executive who communicates with influence, builds strong internal and external relationships and is skilled at leading a team and delivering under pressure. An understanding of the renewal energy sector would be an advantage, however experience in the government sector is not essential.
