The Curriculum Development Manager
will lead, drive and motivate a team of learning designers responsible for the design, content and learner impact of AICD’s education programs. The successful candidate will lead a team culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking adult education leader with experience managing high performing education teams. Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, you will be an excellent communicator who has a contemporary understanding of modern pedagogy. Others will respect your ability to lead through change, problem solve and effectively manage resources and projects within the team.
The AICD’s education portfolio includes the world-leading Company Directors Course, and a comprehensive director curriculum aligned to AICD’s purpose and mission, with more than 14,500 course participants and 30,000+ webinar registrations annually.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and a background in instructional design are requirements for success.
