Myli - My Community Library
Over the past eight years, Myli has demonstrated that a library can be a vibrant hub where people gather to engage with learning, connection, and community far beyond traditional book lending. A not for profit and charitable organisation, Myli's mission is to bring communities together, strengthening their bonds and fostering a true sense of belonging.
The new Chief Executive Officer will lead the next phase of the organisation's evolution as a dynamic network of modern libraries. Innovative and relevant to a new generation of visitors, Myli boasts a team of 115 staff spread across 18 locations in and around south-eastern Victoria.
We are looking for a visionary, strategic leader with a curious mind who can bring a growth mindset and commercial nous to the task. You will have an outstanding track record in growing revenue, finding new ways to engage communities and amplifying brands.
As an organisation that values discovery and continuous learning, we welcome candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who can demonstrate their commitment to growth and innovation.
A background in the private sector will be highly desirable. The Myli head office is in Warragul.
