Pru highlighted an interesting case study on ‘Netflix approach to Board Governance’, which explores their innovative board practices. In essence ‘Netflix takes a radically different approach to information sharing with the goal of significantly and efficiently increasing transparency among the CEO, executive team, and board of directors’.
