Zander is a Research Associate at Derwent, partnering with Consultants to deliver executive search assignments and support clients in identifying and engaging with high-performing senior talent. Based in Perth, Zander brings strong research capabilities, market analysis skills, and a focus on building deep talent insights across a broad range of industries.

He specialises in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent pool development, with experience spanning finance, human resources, mining, industrials, healthcare, government, and general management appointments.

Prior to joining Derwent, Zander gained experience in project management and research analysis, which underpins his structured approach to search execution.

Zander holds a degree in Criminology from Murdoch University, with a double major in Crime Science and Legal Studies.
