Warwick Bowd is the Managing Partner who leads our Technology and Services practices nationally. This incorporates our Digital and Technology, Professional Services and Financial Services areas of practice.   

Warwick is well-connected across the market and has a reputation for delivering outstanding results for his clients.

His effectiveness is underpinned by his broad commercial knowledge, not just of talent acquisition, but other disciplines such as business strategy, people & culture and marketing communications. He has a particularly strong track record in Partner searches for Professional Services firms and brings an intimate understanding of this particular area of practice.

Warwick joined Derwent in 2015. He moved into executive search following a 25-year international corporate career, having previously held management positions with firms including KPMG, Microsoft, Lend Lease and Colliers. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce Degree (in Marketing) from the University of NSW. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
