Tom is a Research Consultant in our Sydney office, bringing four years of international experience in executive search and recruitment.

Tom began his career in white-collar construction recruitment before transitioning to executive search. With particular expertise in industrial and infrastructure businesses, he has built a track record in identifying high-performing talent through deep market intelligence and strategic research.

Prior to joining Derwent, Tom was a Senior Associate at DHR Global in London, where he worked on assignments spanning the UK, Europe, and the US, partnering with organisations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across industrial, infrastructure, software, and consumer and retail sectors.

Tom holds a BA in History and Film from the University of Sussex.
