Tara is a Corporate Executive Assistant at Derwent, working alongside Group Managing Partner, Lindsay Every. Based in Sydney, Tara brings over nine years of experience across executive support, business administration, and project management.

Working in close partnership with Lindsay, Tara works at the heart of Derwent's corporate operations, managing sensitive information, people matters, and operational priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and precision. Her proactive approach and calm professionalism mean colleagues, candidates, and clients alike experience the best of Derwent at every touchpoint. Tara is valued for her proficiency, passion, and dedication, actively mentoring incoming team members, helping them develop capability and confidence within the business.

Since joining Derwent in 2018, Tara has built a comprehensive understanding of the business through a series of senior roles – beginning as Executive Assistant supporting the Public Sector practice, moving into a combined Assistant Office Manager, Sydney and Executive Assistant role supporting the Industrial practice, before stepping into her current position. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every task she undertakes, contributing significantly to the success and efficiency of search assignments, as well as broader corporate initiatives.
