Suzanne is a Consultant at Derwent, specialising in C-suite and senior executive appointments across financial services, private equity, and broader corporate markets. Based in Sydney, she brings over two decades of executive search experience and deep functional expertise across finance, investor relations, treasury, legal, economics, and corporate affairs.

Suzanne is known for the rigour and care she brings to every assignment, combining a highly structured approach with genuine warmth in her client and candidate relationships. Her ability to assess candidates with precision, brief them thoroughly, and maintain transparent communication at every stage of the process has earned her a strong reputation for both delivery and candidate experience. Clients find her personable and easy to work with; candidates consistently cite her communication, preparation, and honest assessment of their prospects as what sets her apart.

Before joining Derwent, Suzanne spent nearly 18 years at Korn Ferry, rising to Managing Associate within the Financial Services practice and holding membership of their global Centres of Excellence for Corporate Affairs and Financial Officers, with deep expertise in senior appointments within ASX50 and public sector environments. She subsequently established her own executive search consulting practice, where she worked with listed companies, multinationals, and public sector clients on senior appointments before joining Robert Half Executive Search as a Director, advising on C-suite and senior functional appointments.
