Steve is a Partner at Derwent, leading our Managed Solutions practice. Based in Sydney, he brings nearly two decades of experience delivering Managed Solutions for clients across a broad range of industries and locations.

Steve works with organisations to understand their digital and technology transformation priorities, identifying gaps in their workforce capacity and capability. Drawing on his deep experience across technology and risk transformation, Office of the CIO, and PMO as a service, he combines the strength of Derwent's executive talent network with deep insight into clients' transformation and change journeys to shape the right workforce solution.

Leveraging a virtual bench of subject matter experts, Steve augments existing teams or mobilises new ones from the ground up, delivering a curated, purpose-fit blend of permanent executive leadership, interim capability, and consulting expertise that gives organisations what they need to deliver real outcomes.

Prior to joining Derwent, Steve spent 18 years at Robert Half and Protiviti, where he built and led Managed Solutions practices across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Strathclyde.
