Simon is the Managing Partner of our Melbourne office and co-leads the Private Equity practice. Bringing over 20 years of success in the FMCG sector, Simon is well positioned to connect his clients with transformational leaders that encompass the desired skills to execute organisational change.

Simon’s main focus is on working with private equity clients and investee companies as well as leading the Melbourne board practice. He has a deep empathy for the life of a CEO, with experience running a private equity investee business; this shapes the way he assesses high impact talent in transformational settings.

Simon's challenger mindset assists him as an avid long-distance runner, partaking in marathons around the world.
