Our People

Rob is a Partner in our Healthcare practice, where he works with public, private and not-for-profit organisations to source executive leadership talent. Based in Sydney, Rob brings over 25 years of executive search experience, including nine years at Derwent.

Rob partners with hospital and health networks, aged care and disability providers, mental health services, and broader human services for-purpose organisations to identify and appoint C-suite executives and Medical Directors. He has developed extensive networks nationally and internationally and is known for working closely with clients and candidates to deeply understand their requirements.

Prior to joining Derwent, Rob led board and senior leadership searches across healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and academic sectors with Ccentric Group. He previously co-founded and led MZI Executive Search, operating across London and Europe for over 13 years, and began his search career at Nicholson International and Harrison Willis in London.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Politics and International Relations from Warwick University in the UK.
