Rhian is the Assistant Head of Projects at Derwent, based in Melbourne, working alongside Head of Projects, Jasmine Koulax. In this leadership role, she contributes to team management, onboarding, training, development and the effective management of the office, facilities and technology.

Rhian brings strong project management capabilities and an approachable leadership style to her role. She excels at managing competing priorities while remaining calm under pressure and is committed to supporting and guiding the team to achieve their goals. Her expertise spans end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and creating efficient workflows that enable the Projects team to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Prior to Derwent, she held operations management roles across diverse business environments, developing strong organisational and coordination skills.
