Rhian is the Acting Head of Projects at Derwent in our Melbourne office, leading the Melbourne Project team. She is responsible for team leadership, workflow and resource management, onboarding and training, and office coordination.

Rhian brings strong project management capabilities and an approachable leadership style to her role. She excels at managing competing priorities while remaining calm under pressure and is committed to supporting and guiding the team to achieve their goals. Her expertise spans end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and creating efficient workflows that enable the Project team to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Since joining Derwent in May 2022 as a Project Associate, Rhian has been an invaluable member of the Projects team, consistently demonstrating exceptional project management and leadership capabilities. Her progression to Assistant Head of Projects, and subsequently to Acting Head of Projects in 2026, reflects her strong contribution to the team's success. Prior to Derwent, she held operations management roles across diverse business environments, developing strong organisational and coordination skills.
