Rebecca is a Partner at Derwent, specialising in Private Equity executive search across industries and functions. This spans investment team appointments and executive leaders of portfolio companies. 

Rebecca brings particular depth of experience in Services, Consumer and Health with expertise spanning CEO appointments and key commercial roles including CFO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Customer Officer, CMO, and Transformation, Strategy & PMO positions. She also has a track record of appointing Managing Directors and Investment Directors across PE firms and Infrastructure investors. Rebecca is committed to delivering innovative solutions, with a nimble and client centric approach.  

Previously, Rebecca worked at Korn Ferry, leading domestic and international Executive Search assignments within the Consumer sector for large enterprise and multinational clients. Her earlier experience includes roles at premier boutique executive search firms, where she supported Managing Directors on C-suite and Board appointments across all sectors. 

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and professional certifications as an AESC Researcher/Associate and Hogan-accredited practitioner.

Outside of work, she enjoys ocean swimming, running, playing bass guitar, and exploring new destinations around the world.
