Phillipa is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with consultants to identify and engage with high-performing talent. 

Based in Sydney, she brings 10+ years of experience within Executive Search, gained from working in global and domestic firms on national and international searches. 

With experience supporting various practices Pip has expertise across C-Level search assignments in government, public, private and commercial sectors. She has supported the delivery of executive assignments at the CEO, CFO, COO, Chief Procurement Officer, Executive Director and General Manager levels. In addition, Pip has experience in board search in the public and private sectors.

Pip holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
