Phillipa is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with consultants across multiple practices to identify and engage high-impact talent. Based in Sydney, she brings over 10 years of executive search research experience, with deep expertise in C-suite and board appointments across government, public and commercial sectors.

Pip has supported the delivery of national and international executive search assignments at Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Procurement Officer, Executive Director, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Executive Dean and General Manager levels, alongside board search mandates in both public and private sectors. Known for her rigorous methodology and attention to detail, she brings both tenacity and care to every assignment, ensuring candidates are thoroughly researched, properly engaged, and kept informed throughout the process.

Prior to joining Derwent, Pip held senior research roles at Odgers, including a period as Acting Head of Research, and earlier was Research Manager at Watermark Search International and Alexander Hughes.

Phillipa holds a Master of Business Administration, from the Australian Institute of Business.
