Penny is a Research Consultant in our Melbourne office and is responsible for identifying talent across all industry sectors.

She brings 15+ years’ executive search and in-house talent acquisition experience in sectors including mining services, industrial, government, higher education, healthcare and not for profit and has a track record of uncovering candidates for hard to fill positions.

Penny has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management, is a certified AESC Researcher/Associate, and has an undergraduate science degree from the University of Natal in South Africa.
