Our People

Penny is Assistant Head of Research in our Melbourne office, where she provides leadership and oversight on research projects while supporting the strategic development of our research capabilities nationally.

She brings over 20 years' executive search and talent acquisition experience across diverse sectors including industrial, private equity, healthcare, mining, mining services and not-for-profit. Penny has a proven track record of delivering executive and C-suite level research, with particular expertise in uncovering candidates for hard-to-fill positions and developing strategic talent pools.

In her current role, Penny provides mentoring and management support and leads research excellence within specialised practice areas. She supports consultants through high-quality candidate sourcing and qualification while contributing to innovation in research processes and digital tools.

Penny holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from RMIT and is a certified AESC Researcher/Associate. She has an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
