Nathan is a Research Analyst at Derwent, based in Sydney, supporting researchers and consultants with executive and senior-level searches.

Nathan brings a distinctive academic research mindset to his work, developed through his studies and experience as Research Assistant at the University of New South Wales, where he conducted literature reviews, ran experimental studies, and presented research findings to academic audiences. This rigorous, evidence-based approach translates directly into how he identifies and assesses candidates, bringing structure and precision to every research brief.

Prior to joining the Research team, Nathan worked as a Project Administrator within Team Tide, where he demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes, gaining a solid understanding of what is needed at every stage of the search process.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of New South Wales.
