Nada is a Consultant at Derwent, working closely with Julie Colvin to support leading organisations with identifying and appointing executive leaders and board members across diverse sectors. Based in Perth, she brings over 28 years of experience partnering with Australian and global organisations across executive search, senior leadership, and talent solutions.

A consistent presence in the Perth market, Nada is known for her extensive network and steady flow of market intelligence and referrals, enabling her to connect clients with high-impact talent efficiently and with confidence. Results-oriented and genuinely passionate about client and candidate experience, she brings the same commitment to every stage of the search process.

Prior to joining Derwent, Nada held senior talent acquisition and search leadership roles with local, national, and global organisations, spanning in-house and agency, executive and volume search, and ASX-listed and for purpose environments across resources, industrial, healthcare, and aged care sectors. This breadth of experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of how organisations think about talent.

Nada holds a Bachelor of Arts from Edith Cowan University.
