Millie is a Project Associate at Derwent, working alongside John O’Leary and Katharine Whittaker. Based in Sydney, Millie is responsible for driving and coordinating the end-to-end project success of John and Katharine’s searches.

Millie brings valuable experience in business support and operations management, having mostly worked in the recruitment and commercial real estate industries.

Millie, originally from the UK, has a strong background in account management, customer service and operational coordination, and holds a Level 5 certificate in ‘Leadership and Management’ from The Management Academy.
