Millie is a Project Associate at Derwent, working alongside Jason Scoble and John O'Leary. Based in Sydney, she brings experience across project coordination, stakeholder management, and client support.

Millie partners with consultants and the delivery team to coordinate executive search and interim assignments end-to-end, managing milestones, preparing client documentation, and ensuring projects run smoothly and on time. She is known for her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of client and candidate experience.

Prior to joining Derwent, Millie gained experience in operations and business support across the recruitment and commercial real estate industries in both Sydney and London.

Millie holds a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
