Meadhbh is a Project Associate at Derwent, based in Sydney, working alongside Michelle Gardiner and Rebecca Schwarz in the Board practice.

Meadhbh is responsible for end-to-end project management and coordination of Board searches, ensuring they are well planned, resourced, and meet agreed deadlines. She has prior experience working in the legal and technology industries, providing support to business partners during the recruitment and selection process, while also assisting the broader team with operational administration and projects. She brings strong organisational and communication skills, creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates. 

Meadhbh, originally from Ireland, holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Dublin City University.
