Louis is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with Consultants to identify and engage high-performing executive talent. Based in Melbourne, Louis brings over three years of executive search experience and specialises in finance leadership appointments.

Louis focuses on senior executive searches across ASX-listed companies, private equity portfolio companies, and the public sector within industrial, professional services, mining and resources, and healthcare sectors. Known for his attention to detail and ability to engage confidently with executives, Louis applies rigorous research methodologies to market mapping, candidate sourcing and qualification, and talent pool development.

Since joining Derwent in 2022, Louis has contributed to the firm's AI and Best Practice committees and led a national team of Project Administrators, designing processes to improve efficiency across the organisation.

Louis holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Western Australia, which included an exchange at Vienna University of Economics and Business.
