Krislin is the Head of Platforms and Applications at Derwent. Based in Melbourne, she is responsible for developing and driving the technology strategy across the business, with a focus on automation and AI innovation, platform management, and leading Derwent's tech team.

Krislin oversees all technology implementation, ensuring platforms and applications deliver optimum results aligned with business needs. Known for her ability to translate technical complexity into business value, she acts as a change agent across the organisation – identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive automation, and maximise the return on technology investment. She leads a team of technology specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Since joining Derwent in 2018, Krislin has built a comprehensive understanding of the business through a series of progressively senior roles, beginning as Office Administration Manager and Executive Assistant before being promoted to Application Excellence Manager in 2022.
