Kim is a Project Associate at Derwent, working alongside Jack Child and Luke Marshall. Based in Melbourne, she brings over 15 years of experience in executive support, programme coordination, and complex administration within professional services environments.

Kim is known for her proactive approach and genuine commitment to getting things right. She builds rapport, manages project coordination with care and precision, keeping stakeholders informed, deadlines on track, and the details in order. Her background in executive assistance means she understands the pace and priorities of senior leaders, and she brings that awareness to everything she does.

Prior to joining Derwent, Kim spent over a decade at Korn Ferry, most recently as Executive Assistant and Consulting Coordinator in the Reward and Benefits practice. Earlier in her career she held a range of executive support and office management roles at Hay Group, including supporting the General Manager APAC.

Kim holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Hospitality.
