Kate is a Partner at Derwent in our Healthcare practice, specialising in leadership appointments across the sector. Based in Melbourne, she brings over 20 years of experience across executive search, people advisory and strategic communications, advising organisations on talent and reputation.

Her cross-sector expertise across ASX-listed, private, public and NFP organisations gives Kate a versatile, contemporary perspective on leadership and cultural challenges. She partners with organisations to enhance leadership capability, strengthen organisational culture, and build high-performing functions, and is experienced in complex, issues-rich environments.

Prior to joining Derwent, Kate was Associate Director at C-Suite Partners, working exclusively across the healthcare sector on commercial, clinical and C-suite appointments. She also held senior roles at Teneo, AWPeople and Essential Media Communications, and served as a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of YMCA Victoria.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Deakin University.
