Julia is a Research Consultant at Derwent. Having conducted global searches for CFO/ Senior Finance Executive appointments at the highest levels, Julia brings a commercial approach to the research methodology and is passionate about employing the latest technology and applying all innovative search strategies. 

Previously spent 6 years with global executive search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, Julia is highly experienced in providing organisational and competitive intelligence, industry sector and company mapping and executive research. 

Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce, International Business from the University of Wollongong and was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society upon graduation.
