Our People

Joanne is a Consultant in our Sydney office in our Digital, Technology and Services practice. She is an experienced executive search professional across C-level and Partner roles in technology and professional services.

Her previous experience is at Heidrick and Struggles and PwC, where Joanne had worked on senior executive level roles and has strong experience in both the Technology and Professional Services sectors.

Joanne has recruited Partners, Managing Directors, Chief Information Officers and teams, CHROs, VP's and Directors of Marketing and Sales, finance and other executive roles across a variety of industries including Professional Services, Financial Services, Industrial, Mining, Telecommunications, Software and Services.

Joanne has also spent time in human resources where she was a HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific supporting the various offices across the region leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Charles Sturt University.
