Jessi is the Managing Partner leading our Healthcare Practice. With over 15 years of experience in leadership and executive search, she has spent the past decade focused on working with the region's top healthcare leaders.

Jessi brings expertise in building culture, engagement, and high performance teams. Jessi has led operations and delivery across search, leadership and advisory businesses, including international team leadership, financial management and client engagement.

Her healthcare focus includes executive search work with Medibank, an ASX-listed healthcare organisation, where she led the Talent Acquisition function for their health brand, Amplar Health. Prior to joining Derwent, Jessi was a Partner at C-Suite Partners, responsible for leading the Australian, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific Search business.
