Jean is a Client Service Manager at Derwent, working alongside Julie Colvin, Nada Dixon, and Luke Robbins. Based in Perth, she supports the team across a range of executive search assignments, taking ownership of project coordination and administration to ensure each assignment runs smoothly from start to finish.

Known for her warm, professional approach and genuine reliability, Jean builds strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Her background in customer service has given her a natural ability to connect with people, and she is valued for her can-do attitude and attention to detail.

Prior to Derwent, Jean developed her client-facing skills across customer service and administration roles.
