Hugo is a Research Consultant at Derwent, based in Perth, bringing four years of experience in executive search across the mining, energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Hugo brings a cross-sector and international research approach to identifying high-calibre talent for Board, CEO, and senior leadership appointments. He enjoys the challenge of understanding different industries, organisations, and leadership styles. Combining thoughtful research with strategic market insight, Hugo helps uncover leaders who quietly shape the future.

Prior to joining Derwent, Hugo was a Senior Researcher at Goldrick, developing his expertise in executive search methodologies and candidate engagement across various roles, levels, and sectors.

Hugo holds a Master of Commerce (Finance and Business Law) from the University of Sydney and is AESC-certified in Executive Search. He also holds certifications in Business Analytics and Business Analysis.
