Holly is a Consultant in our Mining & Metals practice, working closely with Mike O’Sullivan to support leading organisations with identifying and appointing executive leaders and board members. Based in Perth, she brings over 11 years of experience in executive search and board consulting, with a deep focus on the Perth market.

Holly is known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, qualities that underpin every assignment she manages, from initial brief through to final appointment. Her ability to adapt and pivot when challenges arise means clients can rely on her to deliver, regardless of the complexities a search presents. She works across executive leadership and board roles, building strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the process.

Prior to moving into executive search, Holly spent nine years at Curtin University across a range of roles, including Manager of Government Relations. She also served as Executive Officer and Manager of Policy and External Relations at the Committee for Perth, having commenced her career in the political and policy arena.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and Political Science from The University of Western Australia.
