Heidi is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with our Digital & Technology practice. Based in Brisbane, she brings close to a decade of experience at Derwent and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every client and candidate she works with.

Heidi leads research across the technology sector, identifying and engaging senior executives nationally while building and maintaining the relationships that make great searches possible. Known for her warm, considered approach, she takes the time to understand what clients truly need and ensures candidates feel informed, valued, and respected throughout the process. Heidi also supports other practices across the firm as required, bringing the same rigour and care to every engagement.

Prior to joining Derwent, Heidi held project management and business development roles in the financial services sector and began her professional life as a Speech Pathologist – a background that gave her a distinctive foundation in communication, rapport-building, and working effectively with people in complex situations.

Heidi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland.
