Graeme is a Partner in Derwent’s Financial Services practice, with a focus on the Insurance and Reinsurance markets and the wider financial services eco system.

He brings over 15 years of experience in talent solutions and executive search, appointing c-suite and senior executives. 

Possessing deep networks across all segments of the general insurance and reinsurance markets, including the personal lines market segment. He has a passion for working with industry leaders and organisations to build high performing teams. 

Prior to his Executive Search career, Graeme spent over 20 years working across global insurance and reinsurance markets, commencing in London and moving to Sydney, which is now home, in 1998.
