Giulia is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with our Interim Solutions practice to identify and engage high-performing talent. Based in Sydney, she brings over 10 years of experience spanning RPO, internal recruitment, and talent management.

 

Giulia specialises in sourcing interim talent across executive and senior leadership roles and transformation projects. She leverages AI-enabled research tools and best-practice search methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes with a strong focus on candidate experience.

 

Prior to joining Derwent, Giulia held senior roles at Quantium and Korn Ferry, recruiting across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC markets. She brings strong capabilities in talent sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder engagement, with experience in both mature and start-up environments across various industries, including technology, financial services, property and consulting.

 

Giulia holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Social Work and Psychology) from the University of Sydney and a Certificate IV Diploma of Business (Business and Human Resources) from TAFE NSW.
