Giulia is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with Interim Solutions practice. Based in Sydney, she brings over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition across internal recruitment and RPO environments.

Giulia specialises in identifying and engaging interim talent across C-suite appointments, transformation programs, and specialist leadership roles. Deeply passionate about the candidate and client experience, she brings an agile and solutions-focused approach, working at pace to deliver outcomes without compromising on quality and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. She leverages AI-enabled research tools and innovative search methodologies to create efficiencies and sharpen the quality of the process.

Prior to joining Derwent, Giulia built her career across financial services, technology, property, and consulting, both locally and globally, developing deep expertise in talent sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Giulia holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Sydney and a Certificate IV Diploma of Business (HR) from TAFE NSW.
