Ghenwa is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with our Professional & Business Services and Healthcare practices. Based in Sydney, she brings many years of executive search experience and a reputation for high-quality delivery across complex and senior-level mandates.

Ghenwa works across C-suite and executive appointments, as well as functional leadership positions within professional services environments. She partners closely with consultants to understand client objectives and organisational needs, delivering tailored search solutions that draw on deep market mapping, competitive intelligence, and direct candidate engagement.

Her approach is defined by tenacity and a genuine sense of ownership. Energised by challenge, Ghenwa is adept at stepping into unfamiliar sectors or complex briefs, drawing on genuine curiosity and a strong work ethic to quickly build credibility and deliver meaningful insight beyond the immediate search.

Prior to joining Derwent, Ghenwa held recruitment consulting and business development roles at Allegis Group, a global talent solutions leader, supporting accounting and finance mandates across major financial services organisations. 

Ghenwa holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, both from Lebanese American University.
