Georgia is a Project Associate at Derwent, based in Sydney, working alongside Rob Macmillan and Bel Hissey.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills, Georgia ensures every assignment runs smoothly from start to finish. She thrives in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities with efficiency and consistently meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. Georgia brings genuine care to every client and candidate interaction, building trust through reliable, professional service at every stage of a search.

Prior to joining Derwent, Georgia built her career across property services as an Executive Assistant. This background gave her a strong foundation in stakeholder management, executive support, and maintaining high standards in client-facing environments.

Georgia holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
