Fern is the Reception and Events Coordinator at Derwent, based in Sydney, managing front of house services and coordinating Derwent's national events programme alongside Ellie Beggs.

She brings strong organisational skills and a strategic approach to both customer service and event planning and execution. Her expertise spans client coordination, stakeholder management, and creating a welcoming, professional experience for guests in all interactions. She excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations across reception and events.

Throughout her career, Fern has managed a wide range of corporate and large-scale events. She is detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in dynamic environments where exceptional service and first impressions are paramount.

Fern holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Galway.
