Emma is a Project Associate at Derwent, based in Sydney, working alongside Suzanne Panagiotopoulos and Joanne Davies.

She brings strong organisational and stakeholder management skills developed across executive assistant and office management roles and thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and clear communication keep projects moving. Emma is known for her proactive approach, anticipating needs and ensuring colleagues, clients and candidates receive a seamless, professional experience at every touchpoint.

Prior to joining Derwent, Emma held Personal Assistant and Office Manager roles in Sydney and the UK and earlier built a career in Account Management and buying across the retail and fashion industry.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Fashion Business from Manchester Metropolitan University.
