Emily is a Research Associate in our Sydney office.

Prior to joining Derwent, Emily worked at Heidrick & Struggles in Consulting, where she focused on leadership assessment and development across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. She has led a range of projects and built strong networks with C-suite executives across multiple industries.

Earlier in her career, Emily worked at Transport for NSW and spent time as a swimming, water polo, and netball coach. 

Emily holds a Bachelor of Project Management, majoring in mathematics and statistics from the University of Sydney.
