Elizabeth is a Research Analyst at Derwent, based in Perth, supporting the Research team and consultants in executive and senior-level searches.

With a meticulous eye for detail and a methodical approach to research, Elizabeth brings strong analytical instincts to every assignment, cross-referencing effectively and delivering well-rounded candidate intelligence. She picks up new sectors quickly and takes pride in building a thorough, accurate picture before moving forward.

Elizabeth's warm, personable style makes her a natural at engaging with senior candidates and building rapport across different industries and cultures – shaped in part by an international upbringing before settling in Australia. Since joining Derwent in 2025, she has built a strong foundation in executive search, beginning as Corporate Receptionist before transitioning to the Research team in 2026.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Western Australia.
