Eliza has over 18 years Perth recruitment experience specialising in Executive and Senior Management appointments, across all industries and with a depth of functional expertise in Human Resources and Legal placements. 

This has seen Eliza partner closely with Boards, Chief Executive Officers, Human Resources Directors and executive management teams to deliver sourcing solutions for identifying and onboarding talent with impact. Eliza’s experience has covered a variety of industries including infrastructure, utilities, government trading enterprises, mining and resources, health and not for profit.

Eliza is a trusted partner and has a reputation for providing sound advice on talent acquisition strategies and solutions. She enjoys engaging with clients to help navigate their future goals through diverse and experienced talent.

Eliza holds a Bachelor of Commerce and prior to recruitment Eliza was a Certified Practicing Accountant. Eliza held senior accounting roles in commercial businesses, including Diageo and Ansett Australia.
