Eliza is a Partner at Derwent, where she partners with organisations to identify and appoint high-impact executive and senior management talent across Human Resources, Legal, and broader functional roles. Based in Perth, Eliza brings more than two decades of executive search experience, with deep expertise in Chief People Officer, General Manager People & Culture, General Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel appointments.

She works with clients across all industries, including listed companies, private enterprises, government entities, and not-for-profits, with particular depth across the industrial and resources sectors. Eliza also manages executive search processes across broader functional roles including operations, communications, marketing, government relations, and transformation. Her extensive, personally built network and long-standing relationships in the Perth market enable her to connect organisations with senior talent who genuinely fit.

Eliza joined Derwent in 2008 as a Researcher and went on to establish the firm's HR and Legal search capability in Perth, building it from the ground up into a core area of the business. Prior to Derwent, she held senior accounting roles at Diageo and Ansett Australia.

Eliza holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Curtin University.
