Donelle is a Research Manager at Derwent, partnering with consultants across the firm’s Industrial, Mining & Metals, Public Sector, Healthcare, and For Purpose practices. Based in Perth, she brings over 20 years of success in executive search and a drive to apply innovative research strategies that surface high-impact talent across competitive and hard-to-reach markets.

Donelle’s deep sector knowledge and extensive networks enable her to provide valuable insights into market conditions that go well beyond candidate identification, including talent supply, competitor activity, and broader market movements. Combining traditional methodologies with diverse social and professional search techniques and data mining tools she delivers competitive intelligence and connects organisations with talent that provides an optimal fit to Board and C-suite appointments.

Prior to joining Derwent, Donelle spent over two decades in the recruitment industry through a succession of roles that tracked the evolution of a boutique recruitment division of an international management consultancy, building deep expertise across accounting, finance, and business support recruitment.

Donelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Management) from Edith Cowan University.
