Demi is a Project Associate at Derwent, based in Perth, working alongside Andrew Clements.

Known for her strong communication skills and organised, calm approach, Demi supports the Projects team with professionalism and care, ensuring every assignment runs smoothly for clients and candidates alike.

Demi joined Derwent in March 2026 as Corporate Receptionist before progressing to her current role as Project Associate.
