Chloe is the Application Excellence Associate at Derwent. Based in Perth, and with over seven years at the firm, Chloe plays a key role in supporting technology utilisation across all aspects of the business, contributing to the project management of technology rollouts whilst driving productivity for existing systems.

Her expertise spans automation and innovation, stakeholder training and engagement, and the delivery of onboarding processes for all business applications. Known for her friendly, can-do approach, she excels at upskilling Derwent people through standardisation and automation, ensuring high levels of usability and embedding of systems across the business.

Prior to her current role, Chloe served as Head of Projects in Perth, enabling her to bring a fresh perspective and deep knowledge of the business as a long-time super user of Derwent's applications. She brings additional experience from her time as Office Manager at a recruitment agency in London, where she developed a love for the fast-paced environment of the industry.
