Our People

Chloe is Head of Projects in our Sydney office, leading the Sydney Project team and working alongside Scott McKie.

Since joining in 2022, she has progressed from Project Associate through to Assistant Head of Projects and into her current leadership role Head of Projects. In this position, Chloe leads team management, onboarding, training, and development, while overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, facilities, and technology.

Chloe is also responsible for end-to-end project management and coordination across search assignments, bringing rigour and attention to detail to every stage of the process.

Prior to Derwent, she held a range of roles within the investment management sector. She is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
