Casey is a Project Associate at Derwent, based in Melbourne, working alongside Luke Marshall and Simon Faircloth.

Known for the genuine relationships she builds with clients and candidates, Casey brings over four years of experience in executive search coordination and a natural ability to make people feel at ease throughout the process. Highly organised and calm under pressure, she manages end-to-end project coordination across multiple assignments, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly and every stakeholder feels well supported.

Prior to joining Derwent, Casey developed strong customer service and administrative foundations across real estate and the automotive industry.
