Caroline is the HR Business Partner at Derwent, responsible for leading the organisation's people strategy and providing strategic HR leadership across all offices. Based in Sydney, Caroline brings over 10 years of experience at Derwent and a genuine passion for helping people develop, grow, and succeed.

Partnering with the Chief Operating Officer, Caroline drives Derwent's people strategy, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning and building a culture where people thrive. Caroline leads the national Project team, bringing a warm, approachable style to people leadership and fostering an environment where her teams feel supported, confident and valued.

Throughout her career, she has worked across administration, talent acquisition, HR operations and strategic people planning.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ulster and has completed a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management with the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
