Caroline is the HR Associate and leads our Project team on the East Coast at Derwent. 

Caroline enhances the businesses performance through ownership of the talent acquisition strategy and elevates the calibre of talent hired across the Derwent team. Prior to this role Caroline has worked with Derwent for over 6 years in roles within the Corporate function. 

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ulster, Ireland.
