Brittany is the Head of Projects in our Perth office, leading the Perth Project team and working alongside Andrew Clements.

Since joining Derwent in 2022, Brittany has progressed through a series of roles from Project Associate to Head of Projects, where she now oversees project coordination, stakeholder management, and office operations.

Known for her warm, collaborative style and professional approach, she builds lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues while ensuring seamless execution across every assignment. Passionate about team development, Brittany is dedicated to mentoring her team with supportive guidance, fostering their growth and confidence.

Prior to Derwent, Brittany gained experience in administration and project coordination across professional services and corporate environments.

Brittany holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration from Fremantle Education Centre.
