Andrew is a Research Consultant at Derwent, partnering with our Digital, Technology & Services practice. Based in Sydney, he brings over 20 years of experience across the technology and telecommunications sectors, with deep expertise in pre-sales, solution delivery, and customer success.

Andrew's commercial background gives him a nuanced understanding of the technical and commercial attributes that define high-performing leadership talent within the technology industry. His experience in stakeholder engagement, regional team leadership, and driving measurable client outcomes translates directly into his approach to executive search – enabling him to identify and assess candidates with precision and understand the capabilities organisations truly need to succeed.

Prior to joining Derwent, Andrew held senior leadership roles at Enterprise SaaS and Data Analytics companies spanning the APAC, MENA, and North American regions.

Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
