Alexandra is a Research Analyst at Derwent, based in Melbourne, supporting consultants across diverse sectors and role levels in executive and senior-level appointment searches.

She brings a naturally curious and personable approach to her work, with a genuine interest in understanding candidates' career journeys and what has shaped them professionally. Methodical and structured in her research, Alexandra combines rigour with a collaborative style that makes her an effective partner to the consultants she supports.

Prior to joining Derwent, Alexandra built a career across mental health case management and healthcare administration, developing strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills that translate directly into her approach to candidate identification and engagement.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Psychology from RMIT University.
