Alexandra is a Research Associate at Derwent, partnering with consultants to identify and engage high-performing talent across executive and senior-level appointments. Based in Sydney, she brings strong communication and relationship skills and a natural curiosity that has seen her research proficiency grow quickly since joining the firm.

Alexandra works across the full research lifecycle, from search strategy and candidate sourcing through to qualification and outreach partnering closely with consultants and contributing to assignments across a broad range of practices. Her ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders, combined with her attention to detail and drive to deliver results, makes her a valued contributor to every search she supports.

Prior to joining Derwent, Alexandra developed her commercial acumen and client skills across professional services, law, and financial communications, including roles at Publicis Groupe and Clayton Utz.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
